Pamela Courson's parents became the owners of Jim's estate after she acquired it, then passed away, but they decided to split the estate with Jim's parents. So, it is owned by the Courson and the Morrison family. As for the last answerer, Jim's father is still alive and his mother passed away 2 years ago.

Since Pamela Courson (gf, common-law wife) committed suicide, I'd say his brother Andrew and sister Anne! I'm not sure if his parents are still alive. Jim's dad (George Stephen Morrison) was a retired Admiral, who retired somewhere around San Diego! His mom's maiden name was Clara Clark. By now, they would be somewhere in their late eighty's or early ninety's.
