Are you kidding me, didnt the chargers just beat someone 41-3 and didnt the colts beat the saints 41-10. The truth is everyone hates the Pats and will dig for any reason to believe they arent the best. Do u agree?

They were up by 40+ points and were going for it on fourth down, that's a little much. It is what it is though, I don't want to hear any crying from Pats fans when teams get tired of it and start blowing Pats players knees up after plays. You try to show teams up and Brady will end up with his leg behind his head. Back in the early days he would have already got caught like Theisman. It's up to the defense to man up though, I just think eventually there are gonna start being cheap shots thrown around.

I am not a Pats fan but by far the pats are the best team in the NFL. That is the big deal this week stating that they are classless for running up the score. In my opinion they are there to play 60 minutes of football and scoring is what they are suppose to do. It is not their fault that noone is in the same league as them (except the Colts). If anything playing a team like the Patriots lets your team know what fundamentals they need to work on. Why would a team give up because their opponents are not as good? They are doing what the coaches teach them "go out and play 60 minutes of football. I am stationed in Washington DC and on all the sports radios everyone is crying about how the Pats kept scoring. And how unprofessional the pariots where for doing that. Its only monday and its allready getting old. Patriots play awesome ball.

That is just my opinion

Go COWBOYS!!!!

You are 100% right. If you don't like what the Pats are doing you have to stop them. If you can't stop them stop crying about it. They all make alot of money to play,so why should the Pats back down. I hate cry babies in the NFL. Be a man and admit that you could not stop the Patriots. How are we classless by putting up points on the board?? Aren't they just doing their job?? We are not the only team who has done that. Why doesn't everybody else find a team to talk bad about because the Patriots are going far this year!

I agree, the Patriots get criticized for everything they do. If they score a lot of points, they're running up the score. If they win a close game, then they're not considered a dominant team. If they celebrate when scoring, they're classless. People just have to realize that this is perfection on a football field. Instead of whining so much, enjoy watching a dynasty at work.

This is what I call extreme B.S. People are so freaking dumb. There is the new Evil vs. Good thing that has come up. The Colts represent dignity, and charity...The Pats represent arrogance and unsportsmanlike conduct. Whatever...I want people to find one flaw in the pats. There are idiots that say, well they don't run very well. Are you crazy? Has that affected their game in any way. 8 weeks without the "need" to run. They're winning, why? THey don't have flaws.

So, people go into the moral issues. Belichick is heartless, and is very snarly when it comes to media. They are proving a point to the NFL and are getting angry when they were caught cheating...yea yea yea...SHUT UP.

When it comes to a point where the team is so good, that you talk about things like that, its shameful. This is the NFL. If you can't stop them, whine about it. Don't talk about morals.

You don't go easy on a team just because they are winning.

The only games you could say they ran the score up on were

1 Cowboys- and the patriots were already in scoring position with time on the clock and it was a 4th down.

2 The Dolphins- they put Brady back in once just so they didn't lose their lead. And believe me the Patriots could have made that score alot higher

3 The Red Skins they were killing them with 7 minutes of play and then the secondary scored on them. If they can't hold back the secondary than sorry you don't just stop playing the game cause your winning

I don't think there is such a thing as "running up the score" in any NFL game. There's no mercy rule in football. We aren't talking about Pop Warner teams. Anyone who makes this claim is a sissy and should stop crying over the beatdowns thier teams take. If you're tired of the other team scoring on you, play defense.

Pats fan haters will never admit it.

Gibbs was asked if the Pats should perhaps have stopped themselves.

"No, I have no problem with anything that they did," he said. "Nothing, no problems from me."

Former Washington quarterback and current radio voice Sonny Jurgensen, a Hall of Famer, said "What are they supposed to be doing, kneeling down in the third quarter?"

Former Dallas quarterback and current Fox NFL Football host Troy Aikman, a Hall of Famer said he didn't think what they were doing was wrong.

Everyone who is upset about the Patriots running up the score on other teams is just jealous, because they don't have Brady on their fantasy football team.

I have him on two fantasy teams. And they could rack up 100 points, as long as Brady's involved with scoring them.

no, they say they ran up the score because they went for it on 4th down and kept trying to score even though they were killing. Colts ran down the clock down, just running it all the time.
