Yes, if he has forced himself on you when you said no or refused and has held you down where you could not get away, then yes that is considered rape.
If you are in this situation, then call police.

It depends on where you live. In the US, if a wife says "no" and the husband forces her, that is rape (although it is hard to prove). In the Arab world, a husband forcing himself on his wife is ordinary conjugal relations.

rape is hard to prove. You need a witness or physical evidence such as lesions or bruises. So to answer your question yes and no. To the person being violated yes. In court probably not.
