Use this relationship as a learning experience. Next time you find someone you are interested in try to find the signs but do not make it obvious. As soon as you see a red flag let them go. Date a person for a long time. Try to succeed in your life without having to have a man take care of you and your children. The more you try to find a Daddy for your kids the more you will fail. You can find Mr Right but you need to be patient and date them for a long time before you start talking serious.

Get to know someone as a friend before you begin dating them romantically. Without the pressure to "impress" you they will show their true characters. Which may surprise you. People can act very different when they are on their best behaviors, and true colors do eventually show. Good men do exist, but they are definitely hard to find. Just take your time and ditch the loser you are with now. Churches are a good place to meet honest men ( or men trying to be honest and lead good lives)

You will time will tell and if you don;t you have three wonderful kids that will love you until the day you die and even then after that they will still love find refugee in your kids and love in your kids and you will live. And time will tell if you find a man but watch your kids grow and you will very preoccupied in this you will forget on having a man. The only thing I think you will miss is the sex and you can get that anywhere these days just be careful don't get aids choose your men wisely.

really sorry for you honey. its not nice and defintely not easy when things like that happen. all i will say on this one is that it doesnt matter how long you know someone or how you observe them you never know what they are capable. He obviously wasnt sure what he wanted in life and obviously doesnt love you for doing that a person doesnt play away from home for just the sake of it. also you should blame yourself as you havent made him do it he decided on his own free will. all you need to do is make life for yourself and put all your energy on those kids they are all that matter. your true love will come and you just take things slow and at a gud pace and dont let the past eat you up take it as a learning curve and a experience that you now will be cautious.

Date for a long time, ask tons of questions about this person, you have a right to know. I know what you are saying here, I was married for 31 years, I have a hard time trusting people too.

Just focus on your children because there are not many good step-fathers out there. When they are grown, then focus on meeting someone to live the rest of your life with. The years pass quickly. It is possible you will meet someone sooner, but don't count on it. So embrace your single time.

You have to allow yourself to trust again. It will take time, don`t rush it. Take the next little while and reflect on your life. Learn from mistakes. Don`t jump in too fast.
