At home, where no one can laugh at me, and my husband makes the pizza from scratch, I use a fork. When we go out for pizza, the pieces are HUGE, and I have learned to 'fold them' they way they do in New York to eat them ... and I leave my fork in my salad plate. I don't eat with my 'finger' though ... I use both hands to hold that pizza, because it's a BIG piece. Otherwise, I'd use only one hand, five fingers and the 'palm' to rest the 'crust edge' against.

The only time I ate pizza with a fork was in school when they made it in soft and messy squares. It was good, but it wasn't really what most people think of as pizza.

thats a funny question. most of the time i use my fingers, but some times there are pizzas that are really big and hot. thats when i use a fork. theres a place in hoboken,nj famous for huge pizzas

I use a fork for the first few bites 'cause the end of the slice is pretty droopy but I finish it with my fingers.
