Most online brokers give real-time quotes for domestic stocks to their clients.

Yahoo also provides real-time quotes.

Best of success.

A number of online brokers display real-time quotes. You can open a TD Ameritrade account online, and if you're not wanting to fund the account electronically right now, you can indicate that you're funding the account with a check by mail, and have instant access to real-time quotes, both on the pages of the site, as well as on Ameritrade's Streamer. Because the exchanges own the quote information, you won't get anonymous quotes from sites like Yahoo or Google in real-time. The pay sites, like Ameritrade and the others have you electronically sign "exchange agreements" stating that you're not a professional trader, and that you're only using the info for personal use before the quotes online are given in real-time.

Well, I can tell you that Sharebuilder definately has a delay in quotes. Most online brokers have delays, unless you pay or trade so much each month.

But good news is coming. Google is going to start giving real-time (actual, nothing delayed) stock quotes...FOR FREE!!!! They are setting it up as we speak. Imagine that, real time quotes for free. =D

ThinkOrSwim

I got started with them in March 2007 after reading an article in Barron's. barron's rated ThinkOrSwim.com #1 for all "software based" brokers. If you'r a newbie... don't bother with them.... if you're an experianced trader you'll flip out how good this platform is, as well as the customer service.

Good luck!
