Apart that even with a small fish the smell will be REALLY bad, this is will affect your water chemistry so you must remove it as soon as possible. My advice is also to remove 20% of the water and replace it. Good luck and keep an eye on the other fishes in case the dead one was diseased.

Yes it is very bad as the fish will begin to decompose (unless you have a good size scavenger fish like a pacosomus that may or may not eat it) and pollute your tank. Remember your tank is like a air tight room with very lil ventalation. would you want to be trapped in a room with a dead body decomposing? The air quality wouldn't be too healthy :)

If you have other fish in the tank and it died from a diese the other fish might get the diese so your best bet is to flush it sorry about your loss

YES! the decaying fish will poison the water and lead to more dead fish. Get it out with a net and flush or burry it asap.

Yes, It will decay and smell bad and if you have other fish it could spread bacteria and mess the water up.

Yes.It would poison the water. Your fishes are going to die. As soon as you see a dead fish, throw it away.
