you would have to download the songs legally first (apple music store or anything else that has the rights to the songs) then just make sure their on a computer that can burn cds. Pop in a blank cd and a little window will pop up giving you options of what to do with the cd. If the window doesn't pop up just go into Start-My Computer-(E:) (it may be a different cd drive for you) and choose windows downloader. Drag the songs that you have downloaded from their folder on your computer into windows and press the button "start burn"
There you go

If you have Itunes, then put the blank CD in, make a playlist of the songs needed, then bress "burn disk" in the bottom right corner. Make sure all the songs in the playlist are ticked and write on the finished disk with permanent marker so you know what it is in the future.

Legally you are allowed to make a backup copy of anything you own. whether you bought the songs from a paysite, or you actually own the disc. You are also allowed to make your own compilations of various tracks that you own.
So, if you're trying to make 1 compliation CD, from multiple tracks off of different CD's...you will need to extract the tracks to your hard drive. I recommend extracting (or rip as the kids say) them as .mp3's, to save space. Then, you will need a program to burn them to CD. I use Nero, Nero automatically converts mp3's to .wav's to play, but there are many free programs out there. If you're burning software does not convert them use CDeX to do the job.

just put the songs onto your computer and then burn them onto a CD from there. it is legal as long as you do not distribute the CDs to other people.
