I'm the divorced mom of two. Got out of a bad relationship last year and the jerk JUST quit bothering me. I've FINALLY moved on with a GREAT...no, WONDERFUL man and we have SOOO much in common BUT now; all the sudden, my heart has been racing, I passed out at his sisters yesterday, broke in to major sweats, wanted to throw up - and I'm not sure what brought it on. Today - my heart has been racing over and over and I've been very rude to my man! All the sudden a few things are bugging me about him ie: can someone REALLY be THIS nice? He compliments me all the time and to tell you the truth....it's irritating the CRAP out of me??

ARE THESE ANXIETY ATTACKS??? IF so - WHY all the sudden...when I have something GOOD going for me - why am I reacting this way???

you were in a bad relationship so when you get something good you freak out and panic and try to push it out of your life before it leaves voluntarily .

As to the black dot's , get a physical and how's your diet ? are you eating enough red meat and vegetables? go see your dr.

nicely, an rigidity attack or panic attack you would in a lot of cases grow to be very dramatic and over react and characteristic difficulty respiration and commonly commence to cry uncontrollably etc. this does no longer sounds like one, yet you've been led to an minor rigidity attack because of your wrist aspect, which will nicely be paranoia, obsessive compulsive ailment, or something. And that little 'problem' you've which includes your wrist, would have merely made you distressed. perhaps bypass on your close by healthcare professional and tell them the way you'vee been feeling, they might have a more advantageous concept than maximum persons on the following. good success

I used to go through something like that but i would see black dots too but i never actually passed out. I went to the dr and found out i had a heart condition called elongated polorization. And sometimes still my heart will beat really hard and really fast. You should go see a doctor though so you can find out for sure if you are having them or if it might be something more serious. Only they can give you a certain diagnosis after you talk with them.

Hi there, I just laugh about my past 3 years of panic now. I was not able to go anywhere without carrying xanax. Fear of having another attack was the most important subject of my days. When i first found joe barry's web site i started to cry because of my happiness.

hmmm how old are u? It does sound kinda like anxiety but u would not have the mood swings...can it be menopause my mom went thru it at age 39 thats why I asked how old u were cuz she felt the exact same way!! W/ anxiety u'd have a hard time catching ur breath too. If by chance it is u could just be over whelmed(ms) w/ the way he treats u just something ur not use to and more or less worried it won't last.

You are having a physiological response to stress, called panic attack. Your levels of cortisol are peaking and that is your body`s way of telling you you are on overload. Meds might be an option, you are feeling overwhelmed, and need a crutch to get you through the tough times. After all, we`re only human....

Your man is not as wonderful as you think he is. This is your mind's way of telling you he really gets on your nerves and your whole body cannot take it anymore.

Doesn't sound like anxiety attacks...when I get mine, I can't breathe and it's like I'm gasping for breath..maybe you need to cool if for awhile and take time for yourself...
