when you spread apart your vaginal lips(the flaps) there is a hole. you put the tampon all the way up there(dont worry it wont get lost) and push up on the applicator to move the cotton thingie inside you. and pull out the remaining applicator. make sure you use the right absorbancy for your period flow, dont use super for a light period.! good luck!

don't use tampons..get The Keeper and it comes with instructions.
