Will they let 17 years olds in?

Under 18's don't really drink much anyway (apart from coffee and Coke) so it's not really a pronblem - even McDonalds serves beer and wine. The legal age is 18 but this is sometimes used as an excuse not to let you in a club and rarely in bars. They also have face control in nightclubs (can be very upsetting if you're turned away of the basis of your looks!) They will serve 17yr olds - just don't do all your drinking in one bar - then the barman won't be counting!

legal age for gettin in clubs in greece is supposed to be 18 but the legislation is too lax they never ask for an ID in the entrance but u may not be served alcoholic beverages if u go to the bar....now if u re talkin about the town of Laganas in summer i guess nobody will notice that u re 17 :-pPp

I always ordered a beer with my souvlaki when I was 15 and nobody ever objected. Alcohol was never a problem in Greece, hence the laws are relaxed. In recent years, with the advent of European, deprived kids alcohol use has been giving some local touristy areas problems.
