yes I am!
my husband died suddendly, I didn't have a job and my unemployment ran out 2 weeks after he died so I took out student loans to put myself thru medical assisting school, then a few months later my landlord of 16 years said put out or move out, I moved. It was such a stressful time for me and then I had to put our dog to sleep because he was greiving so much for my husband that he stopped eating completely. I made it thru medical school graduating on the honor roll and am looking for a job right now...its hard to get your foot in the door without any experience. But I didn't let any of this keep me down, I pulled myself up by my boot straps and somehow came thru it all so hell Yes I'm proud of me...I made it on my own by myself without any government assistance or any insurance, only student loans. I feel I am a very strong person and now I feel better having told my life story of the past year and a half. thanks for letting me vent!

I am definately proud of myself. I grew up quickly and started a life pretty early. I would say that nothing could be better. I have a nice apt., a good job, nice things in the apt., and the best boyfriend any woman could have. I am extremely proud of myself.

I have experience many highs and lows of the accomplishments of my desires of this lifetime. In my opinion, It is okay to feel proud of your accomplishments. It is another thing to be a complete pompous jerk about them.
