On Google Earth, how do you get the flight simulator to come on?

I am using version 4.2 and doing that Ctrl+Alt+A and it seems to not work. Is it something I'm doing wrong or what?

Try ctrl-windows-A some keyboards seem to be a bit different. Or else "TOOLS"-"Enter flight simulator"
