Do you mean in the same room? I would keep with the sea-going themes, such as seashells, sailing, ocean, etc..
If it's another room, then go ahead and restart a theme in similar colours so the house flows..

Fish or fishing poles or fishing nets or sea shells maybe starfish or some of those old lanterns. The possibilities are endless...
