I want to purchase a new video card...it is an PCI-express card...
My motherboard is a bit old and is no longer on the website...
The model is a: ECS PM800-M2
Its made by Elitegroup Computer Systems.

How do i check if my motherboard can work with this video card??? Or how do i know if my motherboard has a PCI-express slot?

That's your motherboard's specs. Graphics slot is 8x AGP, PCIe card won't work.
BUT the 7300GT has an AGP version, though more expensive:

Other good AGP cards are 7600GS and X1950 Pro. Not as fast but is DX10 is HD2400 Pro AGP.

No, you will have to get a motherboard with a PCI-E slot and also Different Ram.
Also, Make sure that you have a sufficient power supply that at the very least meets the minimum power requirements of the card.
It is recommended that a power supply have an individual power rail for stable power to the card.

if so then No a PCIe card won't work. it shows you have AGP.
