I don't mind that it is a late-afternoon game (which I prefer to Monday or Sunday night football) but it is still surprising that it's not a prime time event. I mean people are calling it Superbowl 41.5. Think of the lost advertising dollars.

I for one am happy that the game is on at 4... ill be able to recover from the night before just in time to start drinkin again for the game and then have time to recover before work the next day...Go Colts!!!!!

Ya, I was surprised that they did not have this game slated for a Monday night game. Most importantly, because I would love for the whole country to see us put a major beat down on the Colts and quiet the naysayers. But then again, they will just say we haven't played any real teams if we win another game by a big margin.

I'm happy that the game isn't being played in prime time. I would rather watch a football game that starts at 4:15 rather then at 8:15.

So I'm gonna be hammered before 7pm. I'm just glad I live somewhere where I can watch this game and not on the west coast. I feel sorry for fans of teams that have a home game on the tube instead of this one. I'll be at the game, btw.

I think they figured at the season's beginning that Cowboys-Eagles would be a battle for first in the NFC East. Obviously they got it wrong, but they'll still get good ratings because it's the Cowboys in primetime.
If NBC could invoke their flexibility clause early, I'm sure they would. However, they can't use that for another few weeks.

I'M PRETTY SURE I WILL BE SEEING RAIDERS/TEXANS INSTEAD. I LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AND YET THEY ALWAYS INSIST ON SHOWING THE GOD DAMN RAIDERS.
