I like the Canadian one, obviously, but the American anthem is cool too. France's and G. Britian's national anthem are ok, as well. =]
Ah, hell a lot of them are cool, Russia too.
The UAE national anthem, if might add, sounds very English. Makes sense, they were once a colony.

Naturally mine (US) is my favorite, but my favorite foreign ones are France's and Brazil's. The French one really jumped out at me when it was played in the world cup 1998 final.
