Probability is the ratio of successfully outcomes to total possible outcomes. You can never have more successful outcomes than you have total outcomes (successes and failures).

The maximum probability is therefore 1.

In the event of probabability 1=100%. There is no way to get more than absolutely certain. That is the whole point of probability calculation.

Probabilities can be thought of as numbers or percents. What's the probability that something always happens? 100% (as a percent). What is 100% written as a number? 1.
