Anyone ever stay at an "Extended Stay Hotel"?

Let me know how you liked it? I am specifically interested in knowing personal experiences about how good is their WiFi highspeed internet access, and full kitchens in the rooms.

I'm going on a long trip and I need suggestions. Internet access is a must and I would like to have a full kitchen so I can cook.

generally the Extended Stay Hotels are used by business clients. So the residences are usually state of the art when it comes to Internet, TV and telephone compatibility. Kitchens have utensils, dishes and pots and pans although somewhat rudimentary. The more you pay the nicer the kitchens will be.
