If so, are they hostiles? Or Friendlys?

no. friendly for sure.

with so much knowledge and power to travel light years (or more likely teleporting / wormhole travel) and they could choose to go anywhere anytime and instantly, why would they need to fight an existing peaceful weaker race just to annihilate them?

understanding quantum mechanics would also mean they understand microbiology and chemistry...... there would be no need to STEAL our bodies to ensure they'd live.

if they needed a jump station for galactic teleporting rings, then why not build beside us, or even above our sun.

being so quantum adapt, they wouldn't need much fuel at all. Even a few atoms have enough power to run a nuclear power plant.

point being, if they can move and move fast, faster than light, there is no reason to fight. they could just run away if it got really bad for them, or blink everyone into a wormhole and be done with them. (resulting in a gigantic practical joke)

No, aliens will never invade earth. Millions and millions of dollars were invested by the government in project LGM-1 trying to investigate a blinking star in the sky. The people sa it as a way to communicate, but it was only a pulsar, a naturally occuring thing in space.

Why, after flying billions of miles across the galaxy, would they bother with that? Surly if they had the ability to travel across the galaxy they would not have worry about a little insignificant planet such as ours. Blowing us out of the way would probably defeat the purpose in coming here in the first place. We are a tiny speck and to assume that we are in some way important enough to concern them is absurd and even arrogant.

Any civilisation that has the technology to build a craft capable of interstellar travel would have to have moved well beyond the primitive actions of war or violence.

No. They are too far away. And we've already destroyed half the planet anyway.

No. If they are intelleigent to cross lightyears of space, why in the hell would they want to come near us?
