it's really just a sketch, done it in 2 minutes, but I loved the message...French writer & philosopher Simone de Beauvoir said that ''pour parler de soi, il faut parler de tout le reste''. you simply can't talk about yourself without mentioning all the rest, the world around you...

I like the way you stuck the text across the mouth. Very "mannerist" in style, and it really helps to make the larger point.
Consequently, however, you could've done more work around the eyes to increase the contrast and give the composition more power.
