"Set me as a Seal (on your Heart)"-- this is a contemporary Christian song by Matt Maher --words taken from the Bible-words from the Song of Solomon and so loving ---and set to the most beautiful music/harmonies I have ever heard. All that is played is guitar and cello. It is breathtaking.
Another favorite of mine is "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers.

For my money, "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel would be it.
I mean, to have someone say that they see in your eyes the doorway to a thousand churches and the resolution to all the fruitless searches? Wow. They don't write lyrics like that anymore. Not to mention it was of course used in one of the most romantic scenes in movie history--Say Anything.
