The blood test is not wrong, but it is possible to have a chemical pregnancy, where your body produces pregnancy hormones and you have symptoms, but there is no pregnancy. You could also have a blighted ovum, where you are pregnant, but there is no fetus, therefore you will eventually miscarry. You could also have an ectopic pregnancy, where the embryo implanted outside of the uterus and you will need surgery to remove the pregnancy. You could also miscarry early, where you have a positive pregnancy test (blood or urine) and when you go in for an ultrasound, you already miscarried and the products of conception left your body like a heavy period.
Just relax for now, avoid ibuprophen and any chemicals, and schedule your first ultrasound appt to make sure your pregnancy is developing well.
Good luck!

Blood tests are usually never wrong about you being pregnant. There is a 99.9% chance that you are actually pregnant, but have them test your beta numbers and your HCG level (your pregnancy hormone level) to make sure the baby is growing. This number should be tripling every 72 hours. Trust me honey, everytime you have sex, you CAN get pregnant, being safe or not.
Good luck with everything!

It's normal for every mother to worry, and even to question that first positive pregnancy test.
But be assured, if the blood test gave you a YES then you are a mother. Congratulations!

Congrats, you're pregnant. You're also the average, normal, first time mother, full of worries and paranoia.

I don't believe so, blood tests are more accurate than urine tests
