Opposable Thumbs. It is how we won the evolution battle. As to the Scopes trial, Evolution actually lost. Scopes was convicted.

some historians claim that the battle of Kings Mountain in So. Carolina was the pivotal battle of the war. I TEND TO AGREE WITH THEM. BUT THE DEFEAT OF THE BRITISH IN NEW JERSEY WAS THE MAJOR WIN THAT CAUSED THE BRITISH TO GIVE UP ON THE WAR.
