hi you can do exercises to tighten the pectoral muscles underneath your chest so they perk you up. lift your hands up towards the ceiling so they point upwards with your arms forward. then press the arms together. Its like using that big weight machine at the gym. see the link for a picture of it and imagine doing the same. Do 15 repetitions a day (minimum) but can do more if you get time. This does work as ive noticed a quick difference. You can hold some cans of food in each hand or weights for quicker effect. Good luck!

If you have really big boobs, then make sure you wear a very supportive bra ALL the time. If you have C cup or below then I doubt they are getting saggy...probably just growing bigger. Your boobs can't PERK at a size c or d like they do when your a smaller size. There is weight in there....naturally they go down some.

There is not much you can do. It is a matter of muscle tone and genetics. Some of the Central American Indians have huge boobs and incredible support. Others have small saggy ones. Stay physically active and work out. Can't do much more than that.

u cant have saggy boobs at 14 just wear the right fitting bras u shouldnt have any problems.

i doubt they are getting saggy, they are probably just growing bigger, no one has saggy boobs at 14!
wear a well fitting bra and do lots of exercise.

Anything you could do you'd have to wait till you are 18, there are a few exceptions though.
If your back is fine then get a good supportive bra.

Make sure, if your bra fit you proper. It shouldn't saggy as all. If your breast get bigger, you will need get bigger cup.

Most pornstars etc have breast implants or breast lifts... try doing exercise and some push ups as that helps to make them a bit smaller and tightens the muscle behind them...

At 14 years I would be suspicious that there is a weight issue, so I would watch this. Otherwise all I can suggest is pectoral muscle exercises might help.
