That is great that you have been able to move on without having this person in your life anymore. Now what goes around come around? Well, can you honestly say the x bf was truly happy? Not really so he Will live in misery trying to control his life and people in it and never really be happy with what he has....so yeah.....good luck

Yes, my X wife did this. She couldn't wait for me to finish school to make more money. She wanted me to quit and get some job just to make more. She was not encouraging, supportive of it at all, but I WAS NOT going to throw my life and my opportunities down the crapper. I was so fed up with her and depressed I divorced her (there were other reasons too but irrelivant to my point)
I'm done with school now, Have a great job, and I'm happy. If she was supportive and ancouraging and not lazy, greedy and, looking to live off everyone else, she'd still be with me.
But No, now she's still miserable and living off of her new boyfriend and is very jealous of what I have now. I'm proud of my accomplishments and she's pissed because she can't be there ro reap the rewards of them.
Yes I believe in that completely.

oh you bet I do. My 43 year old ex husband had an affair with a 21 year old before I divorced him. They're still together, but now they have to sneak around and hide because her mommy and daddy won't condone the relationship. The grass is NOT always greener.....

The older I get, the more often I get to see karma in action. I have noticed that those who give trouble often end up receiving worse than you could have ever executed in an act of revenge. Just be patient. Everyone is their own worst enemy, just some so more than others. It is even more delicious knowing that you didn't have to compromise your morals, ethics, clean arrest record to see that jerk get what he deserves!

I'm a very firm believer in that. I once knew a man that was married to my friend and he treated her like crap. She divorced him and he married someone else. His current wife lol is tough, she knocked the **** out of him and took control of him real quick. He does whatever she tells him to do and he's always real nervous.

Good for you, although you should have been dating a nice guy like me instead of that jerk. I would have never treated you like that. Remember you are your own person and no guy can ever take that away. Glad you're feeling better.

Sometimes it is true, sometimes it is not. Things happen to people who have done nothing to deserve it. Others do a lot of damage, and will outlive everyone else, blissfully.
