No, sometimes I have put some words in capital letter to show a difference or make a point. But, I try to NOT use them. See?

Yes, a bit. Because there's no need for it. It's laziness, not bothering to go from upper to lower case as you write.
If you wrote a CV like it, you'd be judged for it, I would imagine.
But even if it is a little off putting, I wouldn't mention it out of politeness. I know a few people that do it all the time.
