Do you have the pine cones?? Get a piece of cardboard the size (or larger as you can cut it down) you want and cut it into a circle. Get a large needle and some thread and sew the cones on the cardboard in an arrangement you like. (You can also pick up some Ivy at a craft store to add to it.) When you have the arrangement made, take some white paint and paint the tips of the cones and while the paint is still wet spinkle some glitter on it. Thats how I did mine.
