Do talent agents watch short commericals for actors?

I was in a commerical and Im wondering if talent agents watch or if it can boost your acting/modeling career?

they watch them, but they have no idea who you are or how to contact you if you dont send them your info. but yes, being in a national/local commercial can definately better your career

The last answer is a good one! You must have an agent to get leading talent roles - Your agent will review your commercial and try to find you jobs -

If you were good in it, and have a copy, when you interview with a talent agent you can offer it to him as a demo reel.
