Do you mean to be able to print them at a photo print center type place? If so, I'm not sure of any such place, other than some online places that you can find by doing a quick Google search.
What I'd suggest is get a cheap USB flash drive. You can get a 128 MB flash drive for $5. They often sell them at the check out lanes in stores like Target or Staples.
You can then move whatever pictures you want onto the flash drive and them bring them to the photo center at a Walmart, Walgreens, Target, etc. Most photo centers will have support for this.
You can reuse the flash drive over and over. It's good if you ever need to move any kind of documents from one computer to another, and is overall a great thing to have.

Depends on what format they are in when sent to you. If they are attached as .jpg files, you can click "file" "save as", and save them to a picture folder on your hard drive. Same is true for a few other types with different suffixes. .jpg I think is the most common one used. Also, if the sender sent them in an email already as part of a document, just copy and past the entire document to a word processing software, like Microsoft Word, and save them that way. OR, if none of those are options, if you have a scanner, you can print a copy of the email with the picture, then scan it into your hard drive from the printed copy, but the quality of the picture probably won't be as good that way. If you are looking for a way to save them somewhere other than to your hard drive, use a flashdrive and copy them to it.....quality copied to a flashdrive should be just as good as copied to a cd or to your PC's harddrive....if you ever intend to get copies made at a store from them.

If they are imbedded in the email, left click to select the picture, right click to Copy. Open Word or Publisher and right click the cursor and Paste the picture in. Then print.
If they are an attachment then Save it/them to a folder and print from the folder.
