Found out the hard way you can live on very little. As for things that would be really good but could live without.
Hair cut - (it's to my waist and takes a small breeze to get knotted)
Washing machine fixed - (closest laundromat is 3 miles away and if I had $5 per load then I could just get the thing fixed. Until then I go to a friends or family's place to wash it (5-35 miles away))
Cat litter - Just used the last of it and guess what happens when it's not fresh?
Mad Love: Do you realize you are mean? Are you doing that on purpose?

Itch fails at Maslow's Hierarchy... it's physical needs (which includes water/food/air), safety, love, self esteem, self actualization (fulfillment).
Three things I need:
Available healthcare - this could be in the form of insurance coverage or just better income.
More exercise - I'm not fat, just not very in shape and I get winded easily. My new job demands better fitness.
Steady income - got student loans to pay.

1) Corvette, 1990, 74K miles on it, white, 12,500.00 Need that one today, for it won't last that long at that price
2) Addition to the house to allow for a 4 car garage
3) Maid service 24/7...
Now, I know you said "Need," but in my entire life I have always had a real problem separating the words, "Need" from "Want." Peace, Goldwing

1. An operation on my left hand for carpal tunnel
2. A new mattress for my husbands and my back
3. Someone to help me clean out my garage and storage shed (I have too much hands and back pain to do it myself)
Wally, this is truly a hard question. Most of the things I think I need are things I want. The things I listed are things that I really need. Thanks for the thinking-jam!

Hmmm...lemme see
1. Dental work done - fillings, caps, cleaning...I hate the dentist and they scare me to death, not to mention they are expensive and I don't have dental insurance.
2. Body work done on my car where someone ran into the side and then ran away - don't want to charge my insurance co. and have my premiums go up.
3. A one-time heavy cleaning lady to come in and do my ceiling fans; shampoo my area rugs and clean that daggum popcorn ceiling in my dining room...lol

I just received my water bill $108.00, after lot rent and electricity, phone and car insurance there is 0 left for pet food, gas, groceries. I have aked to replace the broken meter, but all this park does is raise rents, toss people out and keep their mobile homes.
