Oh my lord - you HAVE to find a new job asap - you do not want to start the day ever with a knot in your stomach and you do not want to stress yourself out. We spend so much of our lives at work when you really think about it and it shouldn't be a bad thing.

Do you know how many people hate their jobs as you do but keep it for the money? Its not worth it.. Stress, ulcers worry and you cant be doing the best job you could be doing.. Going home after work and coming in to work you are thinking about the job how you hate it and your not paying attention to the road? You get home and you start and argument because you are frustrated? Leave, leave, leave before you get sick or someone gets hurt... God bless and good luck... Grant M in Pennsylvania

Keep your job and start looking for a new job at the same time. It is often easier to find a job when you still have one!

GOod Luck!!!

If you are supporting a family then you need to stay.

If you aren't supporting a family you need to stick it out until you find another job.

So why shoot yourself in the foot? Start looking for new work and when you finally hit on it and looks like you'll land the job...then leave.
