think of a flushing toilet..

the water all spinning around..

now.

instead of seeing the water spiral down the middle..


its spinning but going outwards..



like a pizza pie... as you spin it.. it gets thinner..



well.. kinda the same thing..

but instead of "thinner"... it is getting more spread out..

but on a HUGE scale

Yes. Anyone can describe the motion of the galaxies to you. It's not against the law... unless you're in Mississippi where only a registered church member can answer that... or California where a reference to the word "motion" cannot be used in court and must be replaced with the words "speculated geographic tendencies".
