Stranger things have happened, I think you should give him the benefit of the doubt. It happened to me once, I accidently tripped and landed on top of my girlfriends friend and accidently penetrated her and in all the commotion, if you walked in it would look like we having sex. It's definately an accident in my opinion and he deserves a second chance.
