It's called having a partner who loves you when you're asleep as well as when you're awake. If this happens to you consider yourself lucky. Calling it rape is like calling an unexpected homecooked meal a forcefeeding.

First of all, why would you want to call it rape! There is nothing better than morning sex!! Besides, how in the world do you stay asleep? Seriously? If you are sleeping naked, but don't want sex, then that is just wrong! If you have clothes on, how in the heck does someone get them off of you without you waking up? Doesn't make any sense to me!!
If you are in a marrage and sex is EVER thought of as rape - there is something very, very wrong!!!!!

As long as he/she doesn't hold you down and you didn't ask for him/her to stop and he/she refused then in no way is it rape. People just love to accuse their own husband/wife of rape just because it wasn't on their time. Well they should be happy that their spouse is so aroused by them that he/she rolls over and gets going with them while their sleeping. What a compliment! I think it is just totally awesome to feel that feeling. To me it is like GOOD MORNING TO YOU TOO BABY! AHHHHHH! let's go again! If the wife is on top of him having sex it is called a man that can still get it up in his sleep. YIPPEE!!!!!!! Again, I just love that feeling!!!

It's called being disrespectful because the person is sleeping and she is having sex with him. Not all men would enjoy that and not all women enjoy it. With a woman she tends to want to say that the guy raped her but she seems to be enjoying it because she is responding to how he is making her feel and with the man it would be considered rape as well in my opinion because he did not consent to having sex. It shouldn't be a double standard but it is.

I am not married but, you don't know how often I dream about been waken up to like that in the morning!! I would call it waking up to love!!! ride on sweetie!! there is no way a guy be totally asleep while his wife is on top of him.

Come on people how can you say rape after three days unless she was not satisfied.When there is no violence and resistance from both partners it cannot be proved as rape .
