Do you think they are losers or people worthy of compassion who need help?

i dont like it much because of life experiences. my mom was on cocaine and meth, and still does pot, for most of my life. i think that at times they need help and others they are just pathetic losers. i have smoked pot a few times, but i dont depend on it

Every human being is worthy of compassion and we all need a helping hand! My heart goes out those who do drugs...so many beautiful lives are being wasted and there is nothing we can do to stop it except pray that one day this evil will be wiped off the face of the earth!!!

They are people who are worthy of compassion! They have a problem which is hard to kick and they need prayed for!

It depends on what "drug" you're speaking of.
Marijuana is considered a "drug", but nowhere near as life changing, addictive and destructive as Heroin.
I think that people who use Marijuana as a recreational drug are not any worse than someone who has a beer after work. But I think people who use and abuse crack, coke, heroin, or any of those other drugs have a problem and need to deal with it instead of trying to hide behind their "getaway".

Absolutely not. I've been there and done that, nothing heavy (marijuana), but have, just the same. IMO, anyone that does drugs are not losers, but people that are having problem with either their present life or past problems. I feel bad for them, and wish I could help. :(

I think mostly that they're immature and acting out for attention. It's the same thing for folks that go binge drinking all the time. It isn't safe, healthy or smart. Why do these people do it? It's like a little kid, getting out of control so his mommy and daddy will pay him some attention.

I think some people fall into.. and remain in that lifestyle because of the situations they are placed in... and they really need help gettin out.. it can be a sad case..A lot just have the money.. and a lot of time on their hands and nothing better to do.. they are loosers who need help.. but loosers indeed.

depend on if their drug use is abuse addiction or recreation.. there's a difference...
recreation... whatever
addiction.. they need help and can have my compassion for a while... until they become abusers
abuse... they are idiots and getting them help is pointless

I feel bad for them, bad, because, they don't have the 'skill' to say no to drugs. It's like with any bad habit, they are hard to kick. If they truly want to quit, there is plenty help out there for them. (AA)
