I have horrible PMS today. I've been crying all day for no reason. I don't even feel sad, but I'm just crying anyway and it's really embarrassing. I don't know what to do...?

Try Taking Evening Primrose Oil, comes in capsules. I found it excellent for my PMS.

well now that you have recognized your issue you should be able to control your mood swings a little bit better. I usually take it out on some one else but you should not do that. That is a hard one I found that Midol works but I understand you don't want medication. try writing out your frustrations.

There's nothing you can do to make it completely stop but Midol Complete (I think it's called), eat well, drink lots of water, get rest and positive thinking. I know people think positive thinking is crap but it's really not. Tell yourself you feel ok and that things will be better tomorrow. Don't let the little things get you; tell yourself they're LITTLE THINGS, they don't matter. Also yoga helps a ton. You should buy a DVD you can do daily when you need to.
