We have ben told to do 5 paragraphs.
-Intro
-Crimes
-Police Force
-Punishment
-conclusion

I have just finished the first three and was wondering what you thought of it, if i've missed anything out or simply said something wrong, also im having a think about the final two paragraphs, what could i include in Punishment. And i really don't have a clue about conclusion, i think it's meant to be opinion, or is it fact? I'm not sure!
Please help me.

A few suggested corrections above.
Looks like you ran out of space.
For punishment you could write about the new electric chair which was supposed to be a humane form of capital punishment. That was at the end of the 19th century in the U.S. (I assume you are writing about the U.S.)
The conclusion should be a few sentences summarizing the main points in the paper - such as the reduction of crime but the increased reporting in the media which made people simply think things had gotten worse.
