BUsh was much more connected with Bin Laden then Sadamm, Shouldn't we arrest Bush if we outted Sadamm?

Osama Bin Laden had indirect ties with Sadam, But George Bush had direct ties with Bin Laden and they were even business partners at one point! We invaded Sadamm's country because of his indirect ties to Bin Laden, do you think its only fair that Bush be arrested for doing business with Bin Laden in order to promote his Jihadist agenda?
