Looking for simple new install instructions for 2003 R2?

Question

Got 3 250 gb drives: C is for OS and programs, E (2 mirrored) is for data. Email and web site hosted by ISP (tel ADSL). Want simple Domain for user logon. SQL 2005 to be loaded. To be used to share application data (client/server). Previous experience 98, XP, NT4.0. Using D-Link router mostly running defaults. Looking for bare bones setup. Nothing fancy. Confused by all the server roles and new terms.

"2003 R2" - you left out the actual program name.
