I would first rule out by a gastroenterologist that anything serious is going on with your intestinal health/digestive system such as inflammation (pain, redness, swelling) or something else and then look into possibly alternative or adjunct treatments for the chronic intestinal distress. I sometimes take the fiber supplement (capsule as it's easier on the stomach) 'fibermucil' from chemist andrew lessman who sells his supplements on hsn (home shopping network). It has acidophellis (sp?) which is supposed to help with the 'good' bacteria in the digestive tract. However, I do also have colitis, an inflammation of the colon which is part of the large intestine and take a prescription medication called asacol after food. Please do look into getting a referral from your family dr to a gastro (GI) just to rule out anything serious including inflammation which can be a breeding ground for cancer and/or other problems later on if left untreated.

yes, natural cleansers and detoxifiers.
The best one I know of is The Sunshine intestinal cleanse.
Is a 14 day rigid schedule cleanse but all my friends that have used it said that they felt like they have talked to god after using it.
It removes the plaque build up on the linings of your intestinal tract. Costs vary, approx $200.
I did not use it because my work requires an irregular schedule it changes constantly and this cleanse demands faithful and exact schedule.
I detoxify by doing a water fast ( drink water only no food fr 36 hrs) once a month + 4 times a year I drink a gallon of water with Cayenne pepper 1000mg) + Inipis [native American sweat lodges]
Lately my health took a great improvement by starting a very mild body building regime=exercise+diet+rest that limited bread consumption and carbs. I eat every kind of food but judiciously 7 times a day in small portions. and snack on almonds and pistachios. I think this increases the fiber content which is used to clean the colon and intestines without killing the friendly bacteria residing in the colon used to fight toxins and disease.
The water and cayenne pepper is cheap and easy to implement in your schedule.
good luck

There are many supplements available in the market for intestinal health. But we are suggesting you Ther-Biotic Complete 120 Capsules By Klaire Labs, that is available online at compatible cost.

they're very excellent as they help with friendly bacteria in the gut,
however, do you know if u r dairy intolerant(as probiotica are normally dairy based? I have been told I'm dairy intolerant & I have tried this & it gave me a clue:
eat alot of dairy (cheese or milk) & see if you get any abdominal pains or if you feel worse for any reason, I did n this 2 times to make sure it wasn't sth else & i get terrible abdominal cramps(that's one of the classic signs)
If you are, then probiotics may be better taken as a dairy free alternative, (ur local healthshop might help with this). Also, I think bananas, wheat, honey, onions, and tomatoes have natural prebotics & probiotics.(esp bananas)
Also, this site sells dairy free versions:

or you can call them for more advice.

Yes, I use all natural Optiflora which is a two-product system - probiotic and prebiotic. Due to it's patented encapsulation process, it guarantees the delivery of 500 million live microflora to the intestines. Will help with digestion, candida, bad breath, headaches, food/chemical allergies, colon & rectal cancer, colitis/IBS, parasites, cold sores, diarrhea, psoriasis and acne.
Hope this is helpful.

I've never used them for that reason, but it's worth a try and they can't hurt you at all.
