I am worried about when the commies come to attack next election year. Should I grab all my money and hide in a bomb shelter?

Nope. The "commies" are not really a global threat anymore. The ones in Congress are a threat to Americans, but they can't bomb us.

Do you have an Emergency Preparedness Kit? Depending on your location, like Hurricane supplies? Did you know you should actually always have some things around. The Bird Flu aviary disease could also leave us without our usual sources for food & water & so forth. Google up on it . Atleast 3-4 days worth. Radio first aide kit flashlight batteries stuff like that. Contact plans who is where & what if too.
Bomb shelter? Some day again, I believe yes. Not now.
Many things are happening in the Middle East all over actually. Russia may bring us back to Cold War status?
Next time we have to prepare for climate changes as well.
DO not fear. For the time being it sounds scary but Iran has no working Nuclear weapons. Just missiles to cause damage with. Israel? MANY people are working on diplomacy. Inside Iran they have a bunch of leaders not just the loud mouthed President. Hopefully America will elect a real leader. Mrs. Clinton in my opinion does not come close. Aloha.
*the "commies" will not revolt in the near future...so far Putin rides the fence as friend to Bush and builds Nuclear energy plants for Iran. Nice guy .
