Even in Texas, you cannot do this. In fact that is the worst state in the USA to kill someone. They execute more people per year than most countries in the world do.

It's sad but true! If you walk in on your wife,in bed and having sex with another man in Texas you have the right to kill them both! It's a law left over from after the civil war when all the yankees were moving into Texas and taking wives. So yes it's true. But I don't even know your wife!!!!

Better have a spare gun handy that's not registered or can be traced to you that you can put in his hand and empty in to the walls so you can say they ambushed you when you walked in the house.... What do you really think lol?

No are you crazy? Murder is murder .. Just because you caught her cheating that gives you no right to take her life.. Geezee just divorce her... In some states when your married if you have and affair you can be sued for it. And you might be able to get alimony from her and if there are children involved you might be able to get custody of them and get child support from her as well. If you can prove that she had an affair and prove her to be an unfit mother.

Absolutely not. You need help and the fact that you posted this here is a cry for help. You need to leave her. You don't kill someone for any reason. Get help! Go to a counselor and stay away from your wife. Just divorce her.

You can kill your wife but it would not be worth it. Most people who kill someone will eventually get found and then end up in prison. Get a divorce for adultery and let your ex have her boyfriend because they deserve each other.

I'd suggest if you did, it would have been her fault for having knowingly caused severe emotional distress. The law stipulates that if you knowingly commit any action that results with a reasonable chance of causing someone else to cause murder then you are at fault for the murder. Since adultery is amoungst those crimes easily seen for resulting in murder, it is acceptable. For instance, if you were to make something up and provide evidence and a gun on the same table in your neighbors house that his wife cheated, then you would be at fault of commiting murder.
I know in some states adultery is actually punishable by life imprisonment, some states its a few years. And if either of you is military, they are gone for life too.
