Century 6, Quatrain 97:
At forty-five degrees the sky will burn,
Fire to approach the great new city:
In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up,
When one will want to demand proof of the Normans.

For those who may not be aware of it, this "quatrain" (four-line phrase) allegedly refers to the events of "9/11", but the following link debunks this and other Nostradamus lines that, for all we know, may have had some validity in the past, but it is only by sheer coincidence (and numb minds) that they have any relevance, today. This goes for anyone who believes that "The da Vinci Code" is real, too!

This Quatrain is constantly invoked by some to claim that it refers to 911 because "New City" is supposed to mean New York. However I am sceptical of this. In particular because New York is at 40 degrees North Latitude. I personally don't know what he was trying to say. Sorry.

You could read into it as demand proof of the crime. White America is by and large a descendant of the Normans as William conquered England and the Anglo-Saxons conquered the US.
