I asked if the left fringe would be blaming the right for the wildfires in California. I even posited a scenario on how the blame would manifest itself. Some responders accused me of various nefarious deeds. Now it turns out that my scenario and some I had never thought of are popping up all over the left blogosphere. Will I get an apology?

A couple of people asked for examples.
1. Sen. Reid says it is global warming, and we all know the right is blamed for that.
2. Sen. Dodd says the fault lies with the rich, who live there. And of course, the right are the rich ones - nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
3. Sen. Boxer says it is because of the Iraq War. And we know whose fault that is.
4. I've also seen that it was started to jump start the housing industry. Also that President Bush wanted another disaster to show he learned his Katrina lesson.
So there are 5 examples. Will that do leftists, or do you need more? I have them.

And before you go nuts, number 4 is really two examples, those were just unnamed, therefore they didn't get their own number. So, there really are 5 examples. I can count.

Sure you will. I am sorry the left castigates you for telling the truth and having thoughts of your own and not thoughts given you by Moveon and their minions.
There, you have an apology. Feel better?
Seriously, I am sure you know there won't be an apology. Your thoughts are not approved by the left, therefore not PC. All I can say is keep up the good work!
Addendum: Kenny J, first, the National Guard wouldn't have saved them. They would have just gotten burned up. We don't want that. What we needed was to do controlled burns to get rid of all the fuel the fire fed on, but the environmentalists won't allow that. So, oops, your bad!
Second, the President put out 10 reasons why the incursion into Iraq was required. So far, 9 of them have been proven true and one has not. And that is not to say that final one (WMD) won't come to fruition at some point. So 9 of 10 were proven true, that means Bush did not lie, only MAYBE he was wrong about one thing. Of course, that one thing was the same thing his predecessor was saying and he was a Dem, remember? So, oops, you did it again!

Is Kenny J really Barbara Boxer? He's got the leftist playbook down pat. If they don't have anything constructive to say, they blame Bush. Ho hum....

Not from me. I would have predicted it myself. Not from the left. They never apologize for anything; they just make excuses and more accusations as to how they could possibly be wrong.
Seems like the left is ignoring you--another tactic when they're wrong. Oops! I was wrong! Look, one of them is....making more accusations to attempt to prove himself right! So predictable!

Global warming is responsible for more frigid castigations and less apologies. I guess in the coming decades we have to either evolve and adjust to rude behavior or we will all die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't hold your breath - being a lefty means never having to say you're sorry...that would require actually taking responsibility for one's actions.

Why apologize? Is it not the truth that the Right has depleted resources to Iraq fighting an illegal war on false premises? Could those resources; pilots, planes, National Guard, been used to fight these fires?
If anyone deserves an apology it is the good citizens of America that have been sold a pack of lies from the corrupt Republican leadership, or lack thereof.
EDIT:
Oh KDCCPA just how moronic are you? The National Guard could have helped a lot. They wouldn't have been burned up pal, just pure BS on your behalf. As an environmentalist, I worked for the USFS for years and we support control burns. But you use specious arguments to support a BS tale.
As for the Iraq war I call more BS. Keep licking Dubya's shoes and buy the lies, you are in the minority. List the 10 reasons, I would love to hear them. Was it the threat of Iraq to the US? Or maybe the involvement of Iraq in 911? Reality is the premise was a lie in it's entirety and you fool bought it.

Castigated by the left? Surely you jest, they are the ones that advocate free speech, and tolerance of others views. Well, that is if you agree with them, and if you don't, it doesn't matter if your right, because your not left..... so no apology forth coming.

I have heard no such accusations, could you please be more specific? The only accusation I heard was about a fake FEMA news conference pandering to itself, which FEMA shamefully admits to.
If indeed there was something to be apologized for, perhaps there could be an apology by our administration for leading us into a war in Iraq based on lies. Or an apology to the victims of hurricane Katrina who have yet to return home? Or an apology for not capturing Osama Bin Laden as promised by Bush after September 11 when he (not Iraq) attacked us? Or an apology for mis-managing this terrible war/occupation to the tune of nearly 500 billion dollars? Or an apology for the death of nearly 4,000 Americans and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi citizens? Or an apology for outing CIA operative-against-terrorism Valerie Plame because her husband exposed White House lies? Or an apology to the children of America for not apporoving 35 billion in health care over the next five years? Shall I go on?
