Who answer your questions? I do. Why are so many Liberals at home during typical work hours, but the majority of Republicans are not? Does this mean, for the most part, Liberals don't have a job?

(I work from home using my computer, so don't think any insults will affect me)

Just wondering.

I agree that most liberals who post here are probably college freshmen or sophomores who haven't yet learned the realities of adult political life. They appear to be taking a pretty light credit load, with long breaks in between womens' studies, marxist theory 101, placard making, informal pharmaceutical research and demonstrating against "the man".

I think your job type has a lot to do with your political party. I think if your a teacher for instance, your going to probably be a democrat, if your a business owner, your going to probably be a republican. With that goes the working hours of typical job types, a school teacher is going to be pre-occupied from 8-3:30 whereas a business owner can get on pretty much anytime things are slow or when things are under control. Then your got the whole liberal college student thing, most college students tend to be very liberal, they are on all the time. I run a business, so I am off and on all day, and a republican.

Soooooo you being on the computer during the day is easily explained, but if liberals are on during the afternoon it's obviously lack of employment? That is really really... really weak. But to answer, no. I see the same political affiliations all day long. It is almost always dominated by conservatives no matter what time of day though. I think you guys clearly are more active on this site than liberals are.

By the way, ever hear of office computers? It's this really neat thing they have these days. You see, you can now be at work, and screw around on the comp fighting impossible political battles against people who are only armed with straw men and stereotypes. It's slightly more amusing than Solitaire or Minesweeper.

I've noticed that too. I also work from home and check in throughout the day.

Maybe the Liberals are more students?

For the poster below me.... I am a stay at home dad who works part time from home. I'm retired military. I was shot while serving under Clinton - you know, the guy who doesn't put the troops in harm's way? It was considered a "training accident" that happened out in the jungles of South America. Yeah. So unless you'd like to come and fix my shoulder once again that has been replaced twice and operated on 6 times in the past 8 years, you can bite me.

Oh and one more thing. I'm not taking veteran benefits. I have a good job that pays 6 figures for part time work so I'm not planning on adding to the tax burden. Just in case you figured I was sitting on my duff on your dime.

Wrong.

PLENTY of liberals work, only they have their own office and can be on whenever they want.

Also, plenty of nut check collectors on during the day with their screwy right wing hate. They are probably banned from the park.

And look at the conservatives boy/girls who confirm your horsecrap. Hillarious!

Maybe it's just because the republicans have to take a big afternoon nap to recoup from the morning showdown. You know, rest up their brains. Dems don't have to do that.
All that hard thinking stuff wears reps out.

I work at home using my computer, too, so this doesn't apply to me--and I'm a Republican.
