In my opinion no. That is the MSRP but it also depends on what options the car has. The invoice price for a 2008 328i is $28,720. Don't let the public invoice fool you. They get it much cheaper than that even but to be fair, add $800 (not including extra charges which BMW is notorious for doing) to the price so the dealer makes a few bucks and walk away. This particular model has not been the sales success BMW wanted and 2006 models are sitting on the lots. Make an offer and don't settle for anything more than $30,000.

Also, avoid the iDrive at all cost. Go for the base model and you will be more happy with your purchase.

It really depends. $33,175 is actually the full recommended price of a 328i sedan including the destination fee.

But the problem is, BMW can have a variety of options. With no options at all that is not a very special price at all, amounting to a saving of about 1% of retail price. With lots of options, that price would be a deal.

What I would do is visit the official BMW web site and choose all the options you car has on it in the build your BMW section. Then see what the recommended price is, and see what you are saving.

I would never buy a three series without a premium package and xenon headlights at the very least.
