Can anyone tell me if this star design has a meaning?? I see it everywhere, and I just wanna know if it means anything.

It means Rock Star.....Which these days, almost always
means ...(crack head)! JK lol

I doubt the pattern has any special meaning, other than the suggestion that his penis is "something special."

The individual stars are, merely, what almost ALL doodlers do to make a star look more three dimemsional.
