I have too many to tell. I will say that T-Mobile has the POOREST customer service out of the companies I have dealt with. Verizon Wireless has the best. Just my opinion.

So far I've been lucky with PacBell, I mean SBC, I mean AT&T...

The ONLY problem I've had with my cell-bill was a series of overseas long distance calls I made... I had a reduced-rate on my home-phone and had TOLD them to apply the same rate to my cell. Oooops, they didn't. Fortunately I was able to go to my notes, state the date, time, and CS rep I spoke to, and SBC charged me the reduced-rate after I brought it up to the Supervisor's Supervisor.

I'm lucky that I used to work for a small phone company as the Engineering rep to CS... I know how to talk the language, to whom to talk, and how to spot any CS BS.

Now don't get me STARTED on AT&T's service on my LAND line :((

I asked Cingular to see a copy of that"report that showed Cingular has the fewest dropped calls". They refused to send me a copy or even to tell me who did the report. The whole thing seemed phoney to me, because Cingular was dropping about a third of my calls.
