how can you dentermine the strengths of relationships if you have
r, r-squared, linear regression, and other values for a set of data. any information would help.

R has values between -1 +1. What is important is the absolute value . The nearer to 1 , the better is the correlation .
When r=1 correlation is positive r=0 no correlation also called independence r=-1 correlation negative 2 variables vary in opposite sense
